Client: Gunite Infrastructure | Power Station, Tongland
Introducing our flagship project of 2022/23: Tongland Hydro Power Station.
PHASE 1
As Camscaff have held the framework for Drax Galloway, Lanark and Cruachan Hydro’s, along with Daldowie WWW for the last 10 years, we were invited to tender for the full scaffold and encapsulation to all buildings within Tongland Power Station, part of the Galloway Hydros.
These safe and impressive structures are supporting the £2m hydro power station upgrades by renewable energy company Drax.
The first phase of this project was developing the external Main Station Turbine Hall.
PHASE 2
In the next phase of the project, we focused on the internal valve house followed by the internal Turbine Hall.
